All men are scumbags Trish- just remember that. They always want variety, they always want more, more, more, so f=them and treat them just like they treat us. But use them for what you can get out of them while you can. Stay strong= and i am glad you exposed that dirty scum bag.

Wish you the Very Best Tricia. You are right about one thing, New York is not the place to get divorced if you don't have money. Unfortunately your husband will probably win because he has all the money to hire the best law firm money can buy. I went through it. I am raising his child and I don't get a whole lot of funds to do it with. I wish I had a premarital agreement that would give me even 60,000.00 annually. Me and my child struggle on a daily basis. Hope you can afford a good attorney.

You've presented a strong case, and your support appears to be strong among both men and women. I would put my money on you to win a large settlement and go on to bigger and better things.

I applaud you for what you did. I have the reverse situation and I don't know how to handle it. I am 62, totally disabled and the woman I was living with, took hundreds of thousands of dollars from me, I have stomach cancer and I can't afford an attorney, while she moved out of the house, while leaving me over $500,000 in debt, while her millionaire parents pay for everything. I have been living on disability income since 1983 but I fall through the cracks, where Legal Aid won't help me. I would hope that someone can help me with a pro bono attorney to help me fight her for Civil Theft and Fraud. Good Luck in your fight.

Ms. Tricia, you don't deserve all the negative and bad talk this life has to offer, from your, soon-to-be-ex bastard of a husband. He will have the rest of his miserable life to live and someday, he will wake up and look back and wished he would have double dosed on the Viagara,I can't for the life of me,understand how even a man?, of that age could not get aroused for a woman as yourself!!!! Mauh!!!!!

Trish: Good luck. If your pre-nup was not equitable or "fair", then you should fight. Just a word of advice though - don't do anything that would put you in a "bad light" or that you'd regret 10 years down the road. Be the classy and tactful one in the situation.
