$800,000 is a lot of money to me. I barely survive on $8.00 an hour. I understand that you think it's unfair because my mother who got divorced after 28 years of marriage did not get much of anything. It didn't upset her though. As a family law mediator I have prepared many documents for separation agreements as well as many pre-nups and co-habs and cant for the life of me understand why you signed such a one sided agreement. I support your fight, and I hear you say your videos got you what you deserve, but you would have received same through the process and without wreaking havoc on your cause. You have lost a big opportunity in that deal breaking down so I suggest to you that it is clear that you wont get any more than allowed for in your pre-nup, so perhaps if you quietly apologize to the man, and request that he at least not impede your ability to support yourself in the future, he might step up. If he doesnt...then take it to the media again. I fear you are hurting yourself only at this point. Take care and good luck.

i do feel bad for you. you were obviously sort of a cheap beard for him. either he's with very young girls, or men (he's gay? hence the condoms, porn videos, lubrication), or boys, or just doesn't like sex. you did only make about $80,000/year in that marriage. but don't waste your settlement on lawyers. that's the problem. that $750,000.00 will go quickly for lawyer fees. be careful about that appeal. but philip doesn't owe you millions. you SIGNED that prenup which said $750,000. and i guess he was just tired of the marriage. i'm not sure he really needs "grounds" at this point. i do feel for you. you were duped to make him look good. and you're funny and intelligent and beautiful and are worth more than $80,000/year. i wish the best for you. maybe you could get your own show? good luck to you. what do your tarot cards say?

Reminds me of my divorce. At least you didn't have children with him. My ex is taking me to court yet again to reduce child support. He always threatened to crush me with legal bills. Five years later, he is still trying. Good luck Tricia! Keep fighting!
