Last year I had taken guardianship of my alzheimer father when my mother abused him. I put him in an alzheimer care facility where he broke his ankle he first night. He was then diagnosed with lung cancer (he hadn't smoked for 37 year but my mother did) During this time dad was badly treated by Sunrise of Worthington and I ended up breaking my arm and needing two surgeries. I had no health insurance and Sunrise refused to pay even though they failed to order or put down salt on slippery walks. Dad died from complications from his cancer surgery, my mother had a stroke and died 6 weeks later and two weeks later my 12 year old cat had to be put to sleep for liver disease. I'm not saying your troubles are bad......but whenever I think my troubles were the worst I think of the man at physical therapy who had been going there for five years because he had CUT his hand off with a circular saw. I know your circumstances were very upsetting for you....and your right to fight but don't ever let it make you a victim. Blessings and good luck in you future endeavors. Leslie

Message to Dolly -- yes I am going to start a not-for-profit to help other women. I just need to get organised first, but laws need to be looked at and changed to HELP women who are being totally screwed over. Please keep in touch with me by email at my YouTube account and as soon as I'm in a position to help I promise I will. Ask God to help in the meantime -- he does watch over us. Tricia xoxo

Dear Tricia My marriage ended after 15 years when he brought in his family and they locked me out of my business which was clearing $14,000 a month. I met him when he was released from prison so everything was built or bought with MY money. He said he had been framed because he was a rich Indian and the prejudice in Oklahoma. So I sold my business and house and moved to Oklahoma where I bought the land, and bought two homes, and paid for the new apartment, and smoke shop, as well as three cars. I have had this in court since 2003 but the judge 'tabled" his decision, and absolutely nothing has been done about it. The state of Oklahoma said I had to get a divorce before I could charge him with extortion as he threatened my daughter and mines lives, land fraud, stolen cigarettes, stamps for Missouri, Oklahoma, and compact, and receivables from the cigarette business, auto theft, and he cut my telephone lines which is also a federal offense. There is an extensive list of state and federal criminal offenses. It should have been a slam dunk and to date, absolutely NOTHING has been done about any of this.. I am 60 years old and penniless and homeless because he and his daughter and new woman took EVERYTHING I owned. So here I am. I can't find a lawyer who is williing to take this on contingency. I have close to $24.000 invested in this divorce action and have absolutely nothing for it. I have heard stories again and again, and once the money is taken away, you cant get justice. Justice in this country is only for the rich because they can buy it. My sympathies with you. I was wondering if you were going to start some kind of non-profit to help women in divorces with powerful men?? I could use some help.

Thank you for sharing your story online. Although, I am usually a very private person, it has inspired me to start a webpage to share my struggles with MS and the State of Connecticut for disability retirement. It is unlikely you will see me on something like YouTube, as I am extremely camera shy, and not nearly as bold and forthright as you are (must be the warrior in you). The advice â??Jayâ? gave you about writing a play would be fantastic! Good Luck and God Bless!!

Stay strong. At the end of the day you're an artist and a creative spirit. This will all give you inspiration, motivation and fodder that you can channel into your future works. Why not write a play about what a miserable, deceitful, dishonest, impotent failure of a man he is. Get the Schubert foundations biggest adversary to put it into production and humiliate him all while entertaining the masses. She who laughs last, laughs best. And seriously, wouldn't you rather have vindication than a condo and a bastard husband? People need to remember it's the underdog's that have the best bite! HUGS

I am so sorry for your struggles. I think that you should look into getting some type of reality tv show. I would definitely watch it. Kathy Lee Gifford is not a nice person, she exploited little children in sweat shops. Your husband may be a very rich and powerful man but there is such a thing as karma. Best wishes.

Dear Trish I told my daughters that I admire your bravery and determination to stand up for yourself and what it is right. I do feel for your plight and I know that good things are going to come your way! You would be great on Surreal Life by the way! Keep doing what your doing!!
